Declaration: The Peoples’ Alliance for Freedom and Democracy
(OLF, ONLF, SLF and some candidates of AFD)
July 26, 2012 (oromoliberationfront.org) - The aforementioned peoples’ alliances of Ogaden Somalis, Oromo, Sidama and the new candidates of AFD:
After deliberating on the current situation in Ethiopia and carefully observing the level of struggle against the current regime and the apparent confusion created by the sudden disappearance of Meles Zenawi, the “strong man” ruling Ethiopia for the past twenty one years;
Being apprehensive of the current regimes attempts to delude the peoples in Ethiopia regarding Zenawi’s fate and their attempt to maintain the status quo in order to continue their ruthless suppression of all peoples in Ethiopia;
After considering, the current disarray and lack of political will of some opposition groups to embrace the political and social changes that Ethiopia has undergone in the last forty years and their archaic adherence to political precepts that are no longer tenable in the 21 century such as negating the rights of nations in Ethiopia to self-determination;

This is a noble idea. OLF,ONLF and SLF must join hand to hand to dismantle the TPLF government. They must also work more dipilomacy work to form alliance with other political organizations struggling for the liberation of other non-Abysinian nations and nationalities.

Ever since, we have been coming accross many alliances consuming pages of many websites.
Now, we see these high sounding words. Would it be translated into actions(if at all there is a plan for action), focusing on the demise of the wretched empire as a last resort? we shall say “thank you!” when we hear a 1/4 of an answer to this simple question.
This is what is needed. Let us not waste time talking about other groups.This alliance can liberate the South. The south will rise.

In a plain view, strategic alliance just reflects the desire of struggle to achieve their independent goals and objectives cooperatively. On April 14/2011 I was some where in Oromia when Qeerroo started war with Meles Zenawi’s regime. With in a week Meles himself filled with panic and ordered his agents to search people on every bus. I remember what a man said to me at that time. He said that, I am watching Meles on TV for 20 years and I have never seen him getting scared like this time I think some thing is real this time he said. Yes Qeerroo was/is real fighter that why Meles Zenawi couldn’t wait for Qeerroo in his palace and pretended to leave for vacation to Broucels on navigation less ship and missed his destination and end up on Bermuda Triangle to be lost for ever.
So, if strong man like Meles can not stand with the wave of Qeerroo, I’m sure no body can stand in front of the three Alliances of great Nations fronts like OLF, ONLF, and SLF. The regime’s collateral damage already done by Qeerroo and it is up to fronts to finish it for good before it recover from its pain.

The OLF,ONLF and SLF alliances is A great events leading to the down fall of TPLF as to enable the occupied nationalities such as Nilotics and southerners to decide their future and to experience peace they lost since the in human Naftegna genocide system was imposed by Amharas and in practice by the TPLF.
