How do Amharas and Tigreans treated in post-independence Oromia Republic.
This brief comment was writen to correct Someone called Cabsa who wrote that we treat our colonizers as second class citizens.
In independent Oromia republic we don’t treat anyone as second class citizen. The Amharas and Tigrye people who colonized and inflicted heavy losses on our people in life and wealth for the last 130 years should be treated according to post-indeopendece United Nations rules. 1. Every Amhara and Tigryan civil citizen can go back to their native villages freely with the help of international red-cross and our generous support except the war criminals and those who are involved in killing our people and stealing our wealth.2.Those who want to live and work in our land can be registered and given a 2 years work permit vissa every time they apply unless they are involved in any consipiracy or crime. 3. For security reasons,no Amhara and tigray will be employed or work in public or governmental offices including even as cleaners-we better employ pepole from Asia or other African contries.4. No Amhara or tigre will be allowed to be employed in police, security and army field with strict restriction on holding fire power/weapon of any kind like in the Gulf countries or in the west. 5. They can be employed in private sector or house holds (servants like what they are doing in Arab countries0 and treat them with humanity). 6. Under any condition they are not allowed to work in hotels and pubs due to their past history of corrupting our people with prostitution which was not known to Oromo people. 7.They have to respect the rule of the land/oromia and after some years allowed to bring their families depending on fully evaluted moral values check up. Criminals and thieves will be deported immeadiately with public expence-we are not going to detaine them wasting money and time in keeping them. 8. They are not allowed to marry an oromo man or women for at least 20 years after independence.
I have the full detailed constituion for post independent oromia on Chapter 8 under the titile “The rules and laws on how to treat amhara and Tigraye in Oromia after independence”. This is fully compatiable with internationl rules in how to treat foreign workers.
AS for Affars, Somalis, Sidamas and kushatic southern people our rules will be very generous. As for other independent neighbours like Eritrea, Sudan (North and South), Kenya and Djoubti special friendly rules may be applied which may not necciate entry or exit vissa and we intiate to create West European type of free union in the horn of Africa for movement of capital and labour.
We warn all our neibouring states and people who are collaborating against oromo people with Wayane fasict/Terrorist regime. Northern Somalia/Hargessa regime, Yemene, Suddan can pay a price in our future relations unless they stop what they are doing to our refugees in their respective countries. The time may pass. They should know that Eritrea and Southern Sudan got their independence-Why not 50 million Oromo people.
Oromos only- post independent democratic parliament will approve or amend this draft constitution which is based on our gadda rules and American constituion.
I leave the matter of liberating Oromia for Dawwod and Galasa group for at least one year or WE will do it ourselves in One year only.
Copy to Dawood and Gallasa whom I know very well and respect for their contribution, but I can’t leave the fate of 50 million Oromo people even in the hands of my mother whom I love very much. This is not about Oromo with Oromo only-it involves merciless fascist/terrorist wayane regime. They(Dawood and Gallasa) have to settle this case very fast. our patience is finished . I don’t recognise any other group. I don’t want them to recognise me either this is the game of the survival of the fittest until indeendence.
On this occasion I want to strongly warn the wayane ruling regime and its armed terrorist army and police to leave Oromia and go back to their land Tigraye or they will be responsible for the blood shed since we have to launch independence struggle with massive manpower and modern weapons such as anti air craft and tank buster rockets which is nearly within our capacity. Don’t forget what happend to your master gaddafi and his gaddaffa/Sirte tribe who are similar to your tigrayr backward minority. As for the wealth you have stolen from Oromia and built Makale its fate is like Gaddaf’s Sirte or you have to pay full compensation according to international law.
