Jan 20, 2012 (Seife Nebelbal – Amharic) – Seife Nebalbal was one of the popular newspapers in Ethiopia, which was banned from circulation by the Woyane regime. The journalists fled the country after intimmidation and harassment. Some of them have settled in the US and now they are in a process of reorganizing themselves with new spirit. They have started radio transmission and podcast on websites. The following is the first radio program of Seife Nebelbal. Enjoy a one hour program in Amharic and stay tune for more to come.

The idea behind “free Oromia” is to strengthen the ties of kinship between dead and living members of the Oromians as one family to maintain national unity through frequent association of the Oromians in a social way; and to perpetuate the memory and genealogy of our ancestors and descendants of Boroo-Anaa and Barii-Aantuu. This task requires us to combine the resources and efforts of the members of the entire Oromo nation by unifying all historical, and biographical research necessary for the compilation of complete return of the Oromo identity. That, for sure will require battling against those who hate the resurrection of the Oromo identity.

I would like you to consider why I am willing to speak my enemy’s language at this particular time for this particular society that understands nothing but eye for an eye. By that, I am meaning that we have to sing their chorister’s favorite song to help them understand where we stand as a nation. I am sure that the words and melody they have heard from us will stay in their minds after we sang it for them.
Aside from that, nothing can negate the fact that there are two political camps in empire Ethiopia today. The one is the dreams of the colonized Cush nations to be free and the other is the political camp of the colonizing Abyssinians. We can take our choice which territory we want to live in until the colonized nations gain their freedoms. So far, the Abyssinians have considered our kindness as foolishness but having pure knowledge of the Abyssinians greed and lopsided understanding of the truth shall greatly enlarge the souls of the colonized no matter how hard the Habash are trying to misled us.
In short, if we choose to ignore the Abyssinians doomed ambition to continue to enslave us, we choose the consequences that follow. We have the Waaqayyoo given brain power to exercise everything to our power to eliminate the consequences of the Abyssinian colonialism in Oromia and empire Ethiopia at large. We must be cautious of their seemingly small actions since it can lead to large consequences.
