The Oromo Coffee Company partnered with Merchant Gourmet on their ‘12 weeks of Christmas campaign’ last week to offer the chance to win a hamper containing Oromo’s ground-breaking coffee to a new and discerning audience.

Oromo sources a range of premium organic, single origin coffees from small farmer co-ops in Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee.
Its Yirgacheffe, Limu and Harar are custom roasted in small batches to ensure the freshest coffee.
Oromo is the only community-owned enterprise in the UK that supports small farmers in Ethiopia as well as communities here in the UK.

Everyone knows that Christmas is an extremely stressful time of year, so to offer our consumers a helping hand in the run up to the festive season, MERCHANT GOURMET® will be running a “12 weeks of Christmas” campaign.
Every week leading up to Christmas Day, MERCHANT GOURMET® will be providing their customers with recipe tools, hints and tips to make Christmas run like clockwork and alleviate some of the stress associated with the season!
MERCHANT GOURMET® will be releasing a new recipe and tips each week via their newsletter and website, and the consumer will also have the opportunity to win fabulous prizes, ranging from cases of fine wines to food hampers, full of Christmas goodies!

The campaign will also be encompassing an on pack promotion on the MERCHANT GOURMET® Whole Chestnuts and MERCHANT GOURMET® Chestnut Puree, Davda said:
“It wouldn’t be Christmas without MERCHANT GOURMET® chestnuts, and we have decided to finish the campaign off with the biggest prize of them all. Therefore we will be running an on-pack competition for a three night trip to the famous Charlottenburg Christmas Market in Berlin across the Whole Chestnut and Chestnut Puree products. We really get into the spirit of Christmas here at MERCHANT GOURMET® and want to give something back to our customers to set their 2013 Christmas off to a flying start.”
