I hope the ususal unity talks will be converted in to the real unity walks on the ground. But the challenges from the tradional mountain cunning fox dressed in sheep skins playing magic music in order to elect itself as a protector of the sheep community may not give any chance for Oromo unity. The divion of Oromos is a Godely blessing from above.
Unless Oromo individuals, political parties and movements are able to come to their senses forming workable and firm fronts and or unities, and or alliances, etc. as well as through that perform political, diplomatic, economic, propaganda, military etc. struggles say goodby to Oromumma and wellcome to stay slavery.
Personally I don’t understand all the different explanations of IMPOSIBILITIES in this open world of ALL THE POSSIBILITIES where IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING. If people are united and struggle to promote justice for ALL and are only pesueing self liberation and self empowerment as well as conducting multidemnsional forms of struggles with local, regional and global networkings I am sure victory will simply come by itself. The right unity, the right people in the right places, the right forms and combinations of struggles, the right forms of local, national, reginal and global networkings as well as rewarding supporters, coopting and converting neutral bystanders in to active supporters and neutralizing (NOT often antagonizing) opponents may take you a loooong waaaaaay. Of course I mean a looooong waaaaaay forward but NOT back ward.

Oromos are pushed aside as insignificant in the current political dynamics of Ethiopia. The weakness of OLF have also reduced the significance of OPDO!!! OPDOs votes are manipultaed at will by ANDM and TPLF. Even the southerners have started pushing the OPDO puppets at will. In my humble opinion, every nation and nationality in Ethiopia has relegated the ORMOMO people to minority status. What a shame and an irony?
When OLF managed to bring Oromo generals into the liberation struggle, I was delighted for I thought that they will inject some dynamism into the armed wing of OLF. Instead they preferred to be politicians and started to talk loads of garbage with little substance. Finally they went back to their default appendage status. This time they preferred to be the appendages of Amhara groups who are more virulent to Oromos than even Tigrians.

Many thanks for saying the facts, nothing but the facts. What has happened has happened but Oromos need to roll up their sleeves and start doing the right things as first step.
THE WEAKNESS OF THE OLF HAVE ALSO REDUCED THE SIGNIFICANE OF opdo. Absulutely correct! but please don’t tell this secret to the opdo so that they may not keep hurting themselves by themselves.
“OPDO votes are manipulated at will by ANDM and TPLF” 100% correct! A single experienced individual shrewed bureaucrat would have done a better job than the whole organization of the OPDO in this case.

The guy is surprisingly open about the weakenss of not only all his OLF but all of us as a nation.
The only way forward is to forge a united struggle. Only time will tell if a genuine unity for liberation will be formed among groups who have bled each other for so long.
When we do observe the authors and commentators in the Oromo websites, we just do see two groups of Oromo nationalists and scholars: the ANTAGONIZERS and the INTEGRATORS. The antagonizers do pray the mantra of polarizing the Oromo liberation forces presenting them as if they are irreconcilable enemies being divided into two Oromo camps: pro-union and pro-independence. Usually the antagonizers cry as if the pro-union Oromo are collaborators to the Abyssinian camp. On the other hand, the integrators do look at the two post-bilisummaa Oromo goals (independence/walabummaa and union/walfaanummaa) of the Oromo as two sides of the same coin (two sides of bilisummaa); they try to assert that both the pro-independence and the pro-union Oromo nationalists are de facto pro-bilisummaa (freedom fighters), who do have two reconcilable alternative objectives. Interestingly Woyane foot soldiers try to camouflage as pro-independent Oromo and curse the pro-union nationalists or the vice versa just for the sake of sawing a discord in Oromo liberation camp.Their motive is clear: Oromo should be divided, antagonized and polarized in order to be kept weak and ruled. What is pity here is that some of our nationalists and scholars simply fall in this trap of the Woyane cadres and do bidding of our enemy without any payment. Actually Woyane has hired a lot of cadres doing the antagonizing job with the millions of dollars being invested on this project. May God open the eyes of our fool antagonizer Oromo nationalists, who are still doing the job of Woyane without payment!
